Making the decision to begin a process of growth and change can be a difficult one, no matter the context in which this decision is made. Often, people are brought to the decision of whether or not to begin therapy by difficult circumstances, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and any number of situations that lead to emotional and relational distress. It is my belief that the process of therapy can help people live more fulfilling lives, both through the healing of wounds as well as the discovery and greater understanding of the self. If you or someone you know are considering therapy, please feel free to call me for a phone consultation. My aim is to either begin working with you as soon as possible or provide a referral to someone who may be a better fit. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also find resources in the "links" tab at the top of the page.
